What is new in the API, webhooks and integrations.

• Several API keys with permissions. Each system gets its own named key with the read, write, catalogue and webhooks permissions. We store keys only as a fingerprint and you can revoke them one by one.
• Actions through the API. Reply to a customer, add an internal note, take over a conversation and hand it back to Otto, resolve and reopen it, mark a contact as handled, decide on a complaint and hide an uncertain question. Plus a list of your team.
• Conversation outcome (outcome) in the list and detail, with a filter. GET /stats with a period, an interval and a time zone.
• New webhook events: lead.updated and message.created (opt-in). lead.created carries the contact id.
• OpenAPI 3.1 specification at /api/v1/openapi.json, and these docs.
• Consistent errors with errcode and requestId, the x-request-id header, RateLimit-* headers and the since, until, updatedSince filters.
• Webhooks per Standard Webhooks: a queue that retries for about 3 days, a test event, a delivery list and resend through the API, and disabling with an email after 3 days without a delivery.
• Chat in a mobile app at /m/<key> with events for your app.
• WordPress plugin 1.1 with a WooCommerce product feed, downloadable right from the panel.
